Front Porch Welcome Pumpkin Door Sign

Difficulty: Easy

Supplies:

  1. 1x8 Board cut to 4 Ft

  2. 4 Dollar Tree Pumpkins

  3. 2 Wine Corks

  4. Fall Florals - Whites

  5. Burlap Ribbon

  6. Brown Wire

  7. Heirloom Tradition's Irish Garden Paint

  8. Rustoleum Linen White Chalk Paint

  9. Minwax Polyacrylic Clear Coat

  10. Cut BassWood Letters

  11. Cut Burlap Paper Letters

  12. Hot glue gun & glue sticks

Steps:

  1. Paint the 1x8x4 Board with the Linen White Chalk Paint - 2 Coats. Seal with Polyacrylic when it's completely dry.

  2. Cut the pumpkins in half with a razor blade.

  3. Paint the pumpkins with Irish Garden Paint- 2 Coats. This paint doesn't need sealed.

  4. Glue the pumpkins onto the board when they are dry.

  5. Glue the Burlap Letters to the Basswood Letters. Then glue them to each pumpkin.

  6. Cut each wine cork in half and then cut those in half again. Glue them onto the pumpkin and the board.

  7. Take the brown wire and twist it around a big marker, big glue stick or your finger. Poke them into the pumpkin next to the cork, secure with glue.

  8. Glue a leaf on each pumpkin

  9. Make a bow for the top with the Burlap Ribbon, glue that to the top. Add Fall florals to the bow.

This sign is not weatherproof. Best if used indoors or under porch.
